Starfield Dev Diary Explains Factions, Worlds, and Character Creation

As unlikely as it may seem, star field comes out this year. As a (kind) reminder of that fact, Bethesda’s new Developer Diary details the game’s rich universe.

Made for Wanderers, the latest episode of by Starfield series of developer diaries, details various space factions and how players will interact with NPCs. The session has design director Emil Pagilarulo, lead quest designer Will Shen, and game director Todd Howard (AKA the man behind Skyrim). This episode shows a tiny bit of in-engine gameplay footage like pass star field developer diaries. Blink, and you’ll miss it, though.

It’s not much, but Bethesda has clarified that we won’t see much from star field until this summer. Like with Fallout 4 and Skyrim, the company likely won’t show the game until it’s released in a few months. Honestly, it’s not that long to wait since star field releases November 11, 2022 on Xbox Series X|S and PC.

star field will be Bethesda’s first Xbox-exclusive title since both are now under the Microsoft banner. Many fans wonder if Elder Scrolls 6 will do so on PS5, and Xbox chief Phil Spencer hinted that it won’t be.
