PHOENIX — Arizona Senator Mark Kelly returned to the Phoenix area on Tuesday to highlight his work to create more microchip manufacturing jobs for Arizonans. Kelly visited the West-MEC campus of Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC), where he toured their manufacturing labs and learned more about their program that teaches students the skills needed to do those high-paying jobs without a four-degree degree. year.
