Monterey and Blackfin Boats are announcing an expansion plan to add an additional 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space and additional production staff, which will allow them to significantly increase their production capacity.

It comes as Monterey and Blackfin recently added more than 55,000 square feet of manufacturing space to meet production needs due to recent increases in global consumption and consumer demand.

The expansion will increase the footprint to 485,000 square feet. 150 additional jobs will also be added over the next few months. Currently, Monterey and Blackfin Boats employs over 500 staff, and when hired the additional staff will bring the total production staff to 675.
