Milwaukee Tool opens new manufacturing facility in West Bend

WEST BEND, Wis., August 10, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Milwaukee Tool continues an impressive track record of growth in Wisconsin and nationally. This morning, the company was joined by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC), the Milwaukee 7 (M7), west elbow officials and industry partners to celebrate the grand opening of the company’s newest manufacturing facility in West Bend, WI.

Located just 20 minutes from Milwaukee global R&D headquarters in Brookfield, the 95,000 square foot plant will manufacture innovative new hand tools for the electrical, electrical utility, plumbing and mechanical trades; among the first solutions to be provided here will be wire cutters and screwdrivers. The company has invested $55 million to build and equip this facility with state-of-the-art technology and equipment.

The Milwaukee Tool facility is the first development in the City of West Bend the newest 216-acre industrial park, West Bend Manufacturing Center.
