BJP National Executive Committee praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for handling Covid in India, caring for the poor and striving to create jobs

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said on Saturday that the BJP’s National Executive Committee (NEC) had passed an economic resolution. Praising the governance model of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the NEC praised the Center for caring for the poor and making an effort to create jobs and cited programs like Agnipath, Gatishakti project among others in this regard.

The NEC also praised Prime Minister Modi for handling Covid-19 in India. “When the global situation is in the doldrums, India takes care of its own. Compared to other countries, India has vaccinated half of its population against Covid-19 in 1.5 years. We took 30 years to get the polio vaccine, we must not forget the legacy we inherited in 2014,” said Pradhan.

The Union minister said going from ‘political paralysis’ to ‘double-digit growth’ was no small feat. “Whether it was aspirational quarters, Jan Dhan, the Mudra program or even rationing 80 crore people during Covid, PM’s model was worth emulating,” Pradhan added.

Over the past 25 months, Rs 2 lakh has been spent on providing rations to the poor. The economic resolution also praised the government for the increase in exports and FDI.

“India has managed to establish itself as a strong economic force,” the minister said, adding that there will be a lot of job creation in the coming years through various projects undertaken by the government and entities. private.
