The combination of these two financially sound organizations will continue to partner with equipment dealers across the United States for the sale of their accessories. These dealers will have a wider selection of buckets and attachments available from the combined business.

Richard Lowe will retire from the company, which was founded in 1971, while Mary Lowe will remain with the company.

The acquisition includes Spiral Metals, LLC, a division of Lowe Manufacturing, specializing in non-standard propellers, sectional yokes and conveyor screws. Spiral products are used in Lowe’s accessories and sold to external customers.

Innovation, product quality and in-depth knowledge of the use of buckets and attachments have been key aspects of the success and growth of Berlon Industries and Lowe Manufacturing. This innovation includes Berlon’s “Snowgrr” which adds considerable efficiency to snow removal from distribution centers, its long material bucket for removing material from under conveyors and other equipment, and Lowe’s XR series of trenchers.
